  • This FREE program empowers caregivers with practical information and skills to focus on their mental health and well-being needs.
  • More than 3,000 participants registered for the last program sessions.
  • This session is enhanced with new content and resources.

  • 8-week, one-hour educational webinars
  • Tools and resources to support your learning experience
  • Optional, limited space, free and confidential online group and/or individual counselling
  • While the program is secular, Christ’s followers will find it helpful shedding light on the needs of caregivers of all faith and culture.
